Conditions
The main contractual conditions we offer to the nurse as professional are the following:
work contract as professional nurse without expiration, on the ground of Italian law
the monthly remuneration amounts to € 3.200,00 gross for 160 hours of work on the ground of Italian law (€ 3.040 net working under the "Free Provision of Services" law, or € 2.553,60 net working under the "Right of Establishment" law), excluding overtime (€ 500/€ 1.000)
the net amount of the "Right of Establishment" results from the payment of 5% of IRPEF (tax due to the Italian Treasury) and 16% of social security (tax due to the Italian College of Nurses FNOPI/ENPAPI) to have old-age pension, invalidity pension, infirmity pension, reversibility of the pension, maternity etc.
the net amount of the "Free Provision of Services" results from the payment of 5% of IRPEF (tax due to the Italian Treasury). Under this law, it is not required the obligation of registration to pay the 16% of social security (tax due to the Italian College of Nurses FNOPI/ENPAPI) to have old-age pension, invalidity pension, infirmity pension, reversibility of the pension, maternity etc.
initially, all the nurses will come to work in Italy under the "Free Provision of Services" law; subsequently, given that this condition is transitory and must be renewed year after year, we suggest to carry out the bureaucratic practices to work according to the "Right of Establishment" law.
furnished flats will be provided by our Company nearby the place of work; the rent will be paid by the nurse (more or less € 200/300 for every nurse for an apartment shared between 3/2 nurses)
our Company will provide to help the nurse to solve incidental problems about their job and lodging
N. B.: if needed, by agreement, the nurse will be able to work more than 160 hours, and he/she will be remunerated for that.
The main condition is to have an EU passport.
